The OMS ballast system includes two weight pockets, each with up to 6.8 kg which are secured with a quick release.

The vertical OMS ballast system includes two lead pockets each with a maximum of 2.7 kg, which are secured with a quick-release fastener. With the vertical OMS ballast system, the IQ-Backpack ™ or the IQ-Lite or the Comfort II system can be easily tightened. The vertical OMS ballast system is sold as a pair.
